Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is a leading mechanical & electrical contractor, based across London & Southeast. The business has an annual T/O circa £100 million & offer a complete M&E solution to several leading blue-chip contractors; while predominantly operating across the commercial, hotel/ leisure, education & critical services markets. Due to multiple significant project wins, the business now has an exciting opening for a Mechanical Supervisor.
Should you be successful in your application, you will play an integral role managing a flagship commercial S&C development, located in Central London.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- QA/ QC
- Weekly progress & performance reports
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge
- My client is open to individuals from a time served apprentice or academic background.
- Upwards of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Extensive knowledge across managing the installation of bulk mechanical plant.
- Strong written & verbal communicational skills.
