Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Day Rate: £250 – £300 per day (outside IR35)

My client is a multi-award winning mechanical & electrical building services contractor, located within London & Southeast England. The business offers complete concept, design, installation & aftercare MEP services to the construction industry. Since the mid 1970’s, they have developed an unrivalled reputation across the commercial, education, hotel/ leisure and residential sectors. Due to expansive growth, they now have an immediate requirement for a Mechanical Supervisor.

Skills & Experience
- Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works. are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- QA/ QC.
- Weekly progress & performance reports.
- Attending daily & weekly progress meetings.
- Acting as a client point of contact.
