Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

Key duties and responsibilities
- Day to day management of mechanical subcontract packages
- Ensuring smooth mechanical delivery in accordance with the programme and budget
- Overseeing health & safety and QA/QC processes
- Attending weekly progress meetings with relevant client, main contractor and design teams
- Reporting directly to the project mechanical lead
- Working both individually and part of a larger team
Experiences and qualifications
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working across the mechanical building service sector
- Either City & Guilds or apprenticeship in a relevant mechanical discipline
- Managing projects upwards of £1 million in value
- Having consistently managed projects to a high standard while managing client expectations
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
