Job Title: MEP CAD Coordinator
Salary/ Day Rate: £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

My client is a professional mechanical, electrical & public health services contractor, headquartered in Central London. The business provides high level M&E engineering solutions to the commercial, residential, healthcare, hotel/ leisure & critical services sectors. Established in the mid 1990’s, they pride themselves on utilising the latest techniques & technologies ensuring seamless project delivery.
Due to consistent business growth, the company now have an immediate requirement for a MEP CAD Coordinator. This opening is a fantastic opportunity, for an experienced MEP CAD Coordinator, to further progress their career while working within a fast paced, dynamic & family orientated business.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Take a lead role while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, with the support of other CAD/ design team members.
- Interpreting consultant design drawings & coordinating all mechanical & electrical services.
- Utilising software/ programmes such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 & Recap.
- Attending client coordination & design team meetings as Lead Coordinator.
- Provide solutions to coordination issues & assisting project teams ins a timely/ effective manner.
- Act as the lead point of contact when the CAD/ BIM Manager is not present.

- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
