Job Title: MEP CAD / Revit Technician
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

A rapidly growing M&E Building Services Contractor who are based in Kent are looking for a CAD or Revit technician due to business growth. My client works with a number of tier one principal contractors in the London market and operate in the commercial office, educational, residential, mixed-use & pharmaceutical sectors.
This is a stellar opportunity for any CAD/Revit technician that has been in their role for a number of years that is looking to take their career to the next level with a market leading M&E Contractor who work on some of the most complex & exciting projects in London whilst being on a market leading salary and package with lots of further progression still on offer.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in CAD and Revit software, with a minimum 3 years’ experience in MEP design and modelling.
- Strong understanding of building services engineering principles and practices.
- 2D, 3D Auto CAD experience is key.
- Understanding ofd BIM (Business Information Modelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
Remuneration Package
- Industry leading basic salary and packages (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
