Job Title: MEP Commercial Manager
Salary: £95,000 – £110,000 basic salary (Including additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is a medium sized M&E building services contractor, based in West London. The company specialise in the supply & installation of M&E services across the residential, hospitality, commercial & leisure sectors. Since entering the industry circa 25 years ago, they have gained a successful track record, while working in conjunction with leading contractors/ developers such as Galliford Try, Mace Construction & ISG to name a few.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join a well-established team/ division. This is a fantastic opportunity for the relevant individual to further their career, while working within a well-established team.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Responsible for the cost control throughout project lifecycle.
- Involvement during negotiation of final costs/ preliminary costing.
- Ensuring budgets/ financial milestones are achieved.
- Managing/ forecasting cash flow.
- Involvement with contract sum negotiations.
- Overseeing valuations & managing additional variation accounts.
- Valuation of all additional works (Including management/ drafting costs).
