Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer- London – Up to £48,000- Perm- Monday to Friday- 8am-5pm
My client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineers based in the London area. This is due to company expansion and winning Brand New Contracts. You will be expected to also service their already existing portfolio of clients based within the London area.
If sucessful you will be joining their current Mobile Maintenance Team on various PFI Contracts and will be responsible for all commercial AC Maintenance and Building Services.
You will be provided with a Company vehicle so you will need a Full Clean Drivers Licence to be considered for the role.
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
Fgas 2079 Cat 1
17th Edition (Ideally)
Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
Building services knowledge with ideally electrical qualifications but not essential.
Full Drivers Licence
Responsibilities
PPM & Reactive maintenance
Air conditioning and refrigeration – Service/maintenance
Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV’s, VAV’s and VRF’s, AHU’s, FCU’s, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
Extensive building services knowledge
