Mobile Electrical Engineer

Mobile Electrician | Commercial / High End Resi Developments | London | £35,000 – £38,000 + van, fuel & package

Are you a qualified Electrician? Do you have experience carrying out both maintenance and installation / project works?

We are currently recruiting an Electrician to be part of the mobile team based in Central / West End of London to carry out a mix of maintenance and installation works across a mixed portfolio of commercial offices and high end resi developments.

Duties will include:

• Electrical Maintenance: Testing & Inspection, fault finding, wiring, power distribution, lighting / emergency lighting, sockets, circuits etc.
• Basic Mechanical maintenance / building services: AHU’s / FCU’s – filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans. Boiler resets, chiller checks, plant checks etc.
• Electrical Installation / Project works: Re-wires, single / 3 phase power supply, testing & inspection, containment, trunking, tray work etc.

Role:

• Mobile Electrical Engineer
• London Based – predominantly central and west-end
• Mix of PPM’s / Reactive maintenance and installation works
• Electrical bias with a mix of general building services
• £35,000 – £38,000 basic salary
• Company Van
• Fuel Card
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm
• Overtime available
• Company Pension
• Discretionary annual bonus

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical
• Experience in commercial maintenance and installation works.
• Full UK driving license
