Up to £44,000 plus Van & Fuel card + Excellent benefits package
Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm

I am looking for a Mobile Engineer to join a well-established service provider of experienced building maintenance engineers, covering several high end residential and commercial sites within Central London and occasionally the home counties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance on various sites
- Emergency lighting
- Lamp and ballast changes
- Electrical fault finding
- Generators
- Small works – installations of new sockets, lights and circuits
- Electrical fitting and installations
- Fire alarms
- AHUs & FCUs – general maintenance
- General electrical and mechanical tasks to be carried out
- Basic plumbing duties
- Safety and compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
- City & Guilds Electrical – Level 2 or above
- 18th Edition
- Experienced within Building Services
- Ability to work re-actively within an efficient and timely manner
- Client facing and proactive
- Ability to manage own workload
