Mobile Engineer – Central London

£40,000 plus Van & Fuel card

Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm

I am looking for a Mobile Electrical / Mechanical Engineer to join a team of building maintenance engineers, covering several high end residential and commercial sites within the Central London area and outskirts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Lighting
• AOV Tests
• Sprinkler Tests
• Fire Alarms
• L8 Water Hygiene Monitoring
• AHUs
• FCU Servicing
• Generator Tests
• Supervision of Sub Contractors

Qualifications & Experience:

• City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical qualifcation
• 18th Edition
• Experienced within Building Services
• Ability to work re-actively within an efficient and timely manner
• Client facing and proactive
• Ability to manage own workload
