£42,000 plus Van & Fuel card

Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm

Are you an Electrical or Mechanical maintenance engineer and looking for a new challenge?

GH Engage are looking for Mobile Electrical/Mechanical Engineers to join a leading building services company, covering several high end residential and commercial sites in London.

This is a very varied role and you will be joining a team doing various PPMs and reactive works across the sites including Electrical & Mechanical PPMs, fault finding, AHU maintenance, FCU servicing, Lighting, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Fault finding
• AHU Maintenance
• FCU Servicing
• Lighting

Package & Benefits:

• £42,000 per annum
• Van and Fuel Card
• On Call Rota
• Overtime Available

Qualifications & Experience:

• City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical Qualification
• 18th Edition desired
• Solid understanding of Building Services
• Ability to work re-actively within an efficient and timely manner
• Client facing and proactive
• Ability to manage own workload
