A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a boutique building maintenance service provider based in Essex. They have a variety of contracts across London & the home counties across high end residential, commercial offices, and in the entertainment sector. This is a very varied role and will suit an Electrical Bias maintenance engineer with experience in these sectors. Experience on HVAC is also required.
Ideally you will have an Electrical Qualification and 18th Edition.

- Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance acrossHigh End Residential & Commercial sites
- Building maintenance works
- PPM servicing
- Fault finding
- Reactive breakdowns
- HVAC
