Fabric Technician/Multi-Trader | Van Mobile | Kent | Up to £36,000 + Van & Fuel Card | Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm.
Delivering maintenance to building fabric across an incredible portfolio of listed buildings.
This is a mobile role covering Kent, East Surrey, and parts of Southeast London.

You will be joining an established facilities and building service provider with an incredible network of clients throughout Kent, East Surrey, and Southeast London.
They will invest in training if required and can offer lots of opportunities for overtime.
Accountabilities:
- Carry out all aspects of building/Fabric maintenance.
- Maintain and update Logbooks.
- Flooring – Vinyl / Altro Safety Flooring
- Carpentry
- Painting & Decorating
- Flushing
- Plumbing
Experience and Requirements
- You must have a full and clean UK driving license.
- 3+ years of experience in building fabric maintenance.
- Relevant qualifications in carpentry/painting & decorating/pipe fitting are a bonus.
- Experience with grade 1 & 2 listed buildings is preferred.
