Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Hampshire

My client is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to be based on a unique contract situated across 20 sites around Basingstoke to Southampton. The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, overtime, and the chance to work at these very established sites.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- AHU’S
- FCU’S
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E
- Maintain and update Log books
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Mon – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Van & Fuel card
- Life Assurance
- 25 days + Bank Holidays
- Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE
Requirements
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2&3
- Testing and Inspection – 2391- Essential
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
