An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across parts of London.
GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a successful commercial contract based in London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £42,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
- Use client portal and CAFM system if required
- Provide Further works reports where required
- Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
- Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
- Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £42,000 (Including Overtime)
- Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- OT time & ½ , Double Time Sunday
- Company Van & Fuel Card
- Tablet & Work Phone Provided
- Full company uniform
Requirements
- Level 2 Plumbing or Building Services qualifications.
- Minimum of 2yrs experience
- Mobile experience preferred.
- Must have building service experience.
