GH Engage are looking for Mechanical Engineers to join a leading building services company, covering several high end residential and commercial sites in London.
This is a very varied role and you will be joining a team doing various PPMs and reactive works across the sites including Mechanical PPMs, fault finding, AHU maintenance, FCU servicing, water treatment, pumps and motors, plumbing, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- Fault finding
- AHU Maintenance
- FCU Servicing
- Plumbing
- Pumps & Motors
- Water Treatment
Package & Benefits:

Qualifications & Experience:
- City & Guilds Mechanical Qualification
- Solid understanding of Building Services
- Ability to work re-actively within an efficient and timely manner
- Client facing and proactive
- Ability to manage own workload
