Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer? Do you have experience carrying out maintenance duties across commercial properties?

Duties will include:

• Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units
• Belt changes
• Filter changes
• Coil cleans
• Chiller checks
• Boiler resets
• Boilers – fault finding,
• Repairs
• Bearings
• Pulleys, Pumps, Motors, Water treatment –
• Flushing
• Temperatures, L8 / Legionella, Generators, Heat Exchangers, Water Tanks, Hot / Cold Water Systems, AC Units, Basic Electrics
• I.E Lighting / Emergency lighting and general fabric duties when required.

Package:

• £42,000 + basic salary
• Shift – Days or Nights
• Overtime available

Requirements:

• Must hold City and Guilds Level 2 or equivalent
• Must have experience within commercial building services
• Must have experience within a client facing role
• Able to build rapport and a relationship with clients and a team
