Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

My client, a leading FM provider are currently looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer for multiple contracts around Central London.

This is a great opportunity for a Mobile engineer in Central London to join an established and well respected maintenance provider. This is a Mobile position in which the ideal candidate will provide support on numerous contracts around the central London area. This is an Electrically biased position therefore experience and qualifications within the electrical sector is essential. Day to day tasks will consist of:

• Emergency light testing
• Flick tests
• Electrical fault finding
• Lighting/Ballast changes
• Basic Mechanical tasks
• General Fabric Repairs
• AHU’s
• Water Treatments
• Motors – PPM’s

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical field and or Mechanical
• 18th Edition (highly desirable)
• Building Maintenance Experience

This position is Mon – Fri, 9-5 and paying a salary of £42,000 per annum
