Multi-Skilled Engineer

My client a leading FM provider are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to be based on a static site in the Canary Wharf area.

My client are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer who can turn there hand to both the Electrical and Mechanical side of Building Services Maintenance. This is an electrical biased position therefore the ideal candidate will be experienced heavily on the Electrical aspects of building maintenance. Daily tasks will consist of:

• Ballast/Lamp Changes
• Electrical Fault Finding
• Emergency Light Testing
• AHU Maintenance
• FCU Maintenance
• BMS (highly desirable)
• Plumbing
• Mechanical Fault Finding

Qualifications/Experience

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition
• NVQ in relevant Mechanical field (desirable)
• 5 years Building Maintenance experience
• Commercial Acumen

Salary/Shift

• £43k basic per annum
• Varied Shift Pattern
