My Client a leading FM provider are currently on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance engineer to carry out PPM’s and Remedial works within a commercial environment in Central London.
This is for an Experienced Building Maintenance Engineer, the ideal candidate will be able to turn his hand to both Mechanical and Electrical works within a commercial environment day to day tasks will consist of:
- FCU Maintenance
- AHU Maintenance
- Electrical Fault Finding
- Ballast Changes
- Lighting Repairs
- General Building Maintenance
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 in a relevant Electrical/Mechanical field
- 18th Edition
- Building Maintenance Experience
- Commercial Acumen
Salary/Hours
£38,000 – £42,000 Per annum
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
