Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer – Heathrow

Monday to Friday – 8am-5pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a team of engineers on a commercial static site in Heathrow. The ideal candidate will be Mechanically and Electrically qualified (Level 2/3) and experienced within building services.

Duties & Responsibilities

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
• Mechanical and Electrical Fault-Finding
• Pumps
• AHUs / FCUs
• Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes
• Emergency light testing
• Power distribution
• Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits, PAT testing.
• Small plumbing jobs
• General building maintenance

Qualifications & Experience

• Multi skilled – City & Guilds Mechanical or Electrical Level 2/3 or equivalent
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Building services experience
