Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer | Contract / Temporary Work | £16 – £20 per hour | Paid Weekly
We currently require a number of Maintenance Engineers for a range of commercial maintenance positions across London and surrounding areas. Both Electrical and Mechanical biased positions available.
Duties consist of:
Equipment you will be working with includes: Emergency lighting, electrical fault finding, wiring, power distribution, transformers, control panel maintenance, sockets, circuits, Air handling / fan coil units (belts, filters, coil cleans, actuators), pumps, motors, boiler resets, chiller checks, heat exchangers, water tanks, fire alarms, sprinklers, general fabric / building services when required.
Range of hours available, ie: Shift Covers – Days and Nights / Monday – Friday Only
Both short term and long term roles available
Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 or equivelant
- Experience within commercial maintenance previously
- Understanding of mechanical plant equipment
- Reliable, punctual and presentable
