An exciting opportunity has arisen – GH Engage are currently recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to work for a leading facilities management company local to Bishopsgate, London.
The suitable candidate will be 17th edition, 18th edition, level 3 qualified or part 1 / 2 qualified and be experienced carrying out multi skilled building services within a commercial client/customer facing environment.
Job duties will consist of but not limited to: emergency light testing, fault finding, remedials, ballast changes, rewiring, relamping, and general PPM’s and reactive maintenance.
This role has an option to be working either: days Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm, night shift, or day shift and it also offers overtime if you wish to utilise this, rates are as follows: weekdays/Saturday’s – x1.5, Sundays x 1.2.
The role is as aforementioned for a leading facilities management company within the UK and worldwide, and there is opportunity to progress quickly into lead engineer roles and so on. Also, if you would rather stay in an engineering role you can do this to and achieve pay increases.
Great pension scheme on offer, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays (1 day extra accrued each year of service).
The salary will start at 42k and could rise up to 43k dependent on experience (a minimum of 3 years experience is required).
