Monday to Friday – Split days – 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm / 9m-6pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a team of engineers on a static site in the heart of the City. The ideal candidate will be Mechanically and Electrically qualified (Level 2/3) and experienced within building services.

Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
- Mechanical and Electrical Fault-Finding
- Pumps
- AHUs / FCUs
- Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes
- Emergency light testing
- Power distribution
- Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits, PAT testing.
- Small plumbing jobs
- General building maintenance
Qualifications & Experience
- Multi skilled – City & Guilds Mechanical and Electrical Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services experience
