Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer | Commercial Building Maintenance | Dual-Qualification Required | Tenant Services | £43,000 + Overtime | Split Days.
Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer within a small team, working in a 10-storey office building in the City of London.
This is a Monday to Friday, split-days role: Week 1: 7 am to 4 pm, Week 2: 8 am – 5 pm, Week 3: 9 am – 6 pm.
Call out 1 in 3. Overtime available.
You must have mechanical/plumbing and electrical qualifications.
COMPANY
You will be working for a well-respected, medium-sized, and privately owned building maintenance company.
They deliver building maintenance to commercial clients throughout London and the UK.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties.
- Electrical fault finding, wiring, switchboards, sockets, circuits, ballasts, lamps, emergency lights, AHUs/FCUs (coil cleans, filter changes, belt changes), expansion valves, basic water treatment, VAV/VRV, BMS monitoring, temperature changes, general fabric/plumbing works.
- Abide by health and safety regulations.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Mechanically qualified; Level 3 C&G
- Electrically qualified; Level 2 C&G
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
