This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a team of engineers on a static site in the heart of the City. The ideal candidate will be Electrically or Mechanically qualified (Level 3) and experienced within building services.

Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
- Mechanical and Electrical Fault-Finding
- Pumps
- AHUs / FCUs
- Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes
- Emergency light testing
- Power distribution
- Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits, PAT testing
- General building maintenance
- Fire Alarm testing
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Electrical or Mechanical Qualification
- 18th edition
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services experience
