GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based at a fantastic site in Marylebone, Central London.
The role will suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to make the site their own, working for a highly reputable building services provider. You will be carrying out Electrical & Mechanical maintenance across the site including PPMs and reactive works.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned & Reactive maintenance
- Lighting Upgrades
- Lamp & Ballast Changes
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Water Treatment
- Flushing
- Keeping log books up to date
- Managing sub contractors on site
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 or equivalent – Electrical or Mechanical
- 18th Edition – Desirable
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Experience working on a single man site desirable
