This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in Essex.
GH Engage is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance in a large static industrial/commercial contract based in Essex. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to £45,000 + £1000 AP allowance with a potential route into supervisory positions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- High pressure systems
- Liquid nitrogen
- Gases
- Clean rooms
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- AHUs, FCUs
- Tap temprature checks
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £45,000
- £1000 AP allowance
- Monday – Friday 07:00 am – 16:00 pm
- Call out Rota 1 in 4 (£150 per week + 4 hours pay minimum/call)
Requirements
- Mechanically or Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2&3
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- DBS / SC Clearance – required
- AP Ticket (LV / HV / Pressure systems) Preffered
- Client Facing
