My client, an established FM provider are currently on the lookout for an Electrically biased Building Services Engineer to work on a Night shift basis in East London.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who is looking for the next step in there career, working for an established maintenance contractor that focuses heavily on progression and further training. This role is a static position within a retail environment therefore the ideal candidate will be accustomed and comfortable in client facing situations. This is a Multi-Skilled role with an Electrical biased, therefore Electrical experience and qualifications are essential. Day to Day tasks will consist of:
- Electrical Fault Finding
- Electrical Maintenance
- Emergency lighting
- Lamp changes
- Ballast changes
- AHU servicing
- FCU servicing
- General building maintenance
Qualifications and Experience
- Full-time apprenticeship in an electrical or Building Services HVAC discipline.
- City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2 certifications or NVQ Level 3.
- Mechanical apprenticeship would be acceptable with relevant electrical experience.
- Previous experience working in a modern building services maintenance environment.
- Requirements for Electrical Installation (BS7671:2018) IEE Wiring Regulations 18th edition (desirable)
Salary/Shift/Perks
- £50,000 per annum
- Night Shift; 7:00pm – 7am, 4 days on – 4 days off
