Night Shift Maintenance Engineer – Client Side | Canary Wharf | £55,000 | Parking Available

Nights only: 4 on, 4 off | 7 pm to 7 am

This is a rare opportunity for you to work client-side for a leading property management company, as Maintenance Engineer, delivering building maintenance to a commercial building in Canary Wharf.

GH Engage are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer who can deliver mechanical and electrical maintenance including:

• Wiring, electrical fault finding, emergency lighting, sockets, circuits, control panel maintenance, PAT testing, AHUs/FCUs, resets, chiller checks, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests, hot/cold water systems, general plumbing / fabric duties.
• You will ensure that all service areas, plant rooms, inspection cupboards etc. are maintained in pristine condition at all times.

Experience and Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• IOSH or similar qualification.
• C&G Water Treatment.
• 2 Years minimum in a maintenance position.
