A Programme Officer with a background in Facilities Management is required by a leading building services provider to build the overall detailed and high-level programme plans for a busy commercial building.
You will be joining an established but growing projects team within a commercial banking environment, whose aim is to create a leading model for in-office working in the post-pandemic world.

You will be working for a leading facility and building maintenance service provider, based in Canary Wharf. They are a globally established company with an impressive portfolio of blue-chip, corporate clients as well as across several other sectors.
Accountabilities:
- Ownership of the programme includes tracking dependencies, highlighting slippage, and managing the critical path.
- Putting reporting systems in place for each workstream lead to track progress against their programme.
- Methodical project management and coordination skills with an emphasis on working within a strict Prince 2 methodology, particularly around programme, risk and issue management and dependency management.
Experience and Requirements
- Proven ability to build successful stakeholder relationships, manage their expectations and act as a trusted source of advice.
- Must have accredited training in Prince 2 and must be able to showcase previous work using a methodical approach.
- Apply a Prince 2 Project Management approach to the specific requirements of the project.
- Develop and take ownership of the programme and maintain an agreed project plan.
- Facilitate the RAID (Risks, Issues, Assumptions & Dependencies) management process.
- Apply Quality management principles and processes.
