Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 all inclusive

My Client, a boutique developer based out of West London, are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
This fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing SME contractor, focussed on super-prime residential and commercial projects. A majority of the works carried out are bespoke, high-end finished packages, therefore, experience with residential bespoke projects are an essential for the position.
My client are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and the opportunity to progress through the ranks with a close-knit team of commercial experts. This is an office based position, based out of their plush, luxury offices. There will be weekly/fortnitely site visits.
Responsibilities:
- Attending/leading site visits/meetings
- Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Cost control procedures
- Contribute to designs and options
- Site start budgets
- Value engineering
- Cost report analysis
- Tender composition
- Liaising with Sub-Contractors
- Site valuations
