A Project Supervisor with a background in facilities and building services is required to join a leading property services provider in South London/Surrey. You will play a part with projects in residential and commercial buildings with values from £5,000 to £250,000.

Our client is a respected Property Services contractor who operate throughout England, providing a range of services such as engineering maintenance, soft services, and projects to a large portfolio of clients.
Accountabilities:
- Carrying out site surveys and estimates.
- Preparing and submitting quotes to clients.
- Planning programmes of works.
- Overseeing sub-contractors and quality of works.
- Constant liaison with all stakeholders, from clients to site teams.
- Preparing risk assessments and method statements.
Experience and Requirements
- Prince 2 qualification.
- CSCS card – preferred but not a requirement.
- 3 years’ experience within projects/building services.
- Previous supervisory experience.
