Quantity Surveyor Required- Permanent Opportunity- South West London- up to 85k- Excellent Package
My client, a well-known tier 1 Residential Developer are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in South West London The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of Surveyors so Management and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
This role reports into a Commercial director and will be responsible for the management of all cost control procedures; periodically reporting to the executive team; process orders, payments and variations, utilising the corporate payment system under the accepted procedures. My client are looking to recruit for this position with immediate effect and you must be Degree Qualified or Equivalent to be considered.
- Have experience working on Large Residential Projects for either a developer or main contractor
- Be experienced in managing newer Surveyors and helping the team attain their project goals.
- Be dynamic and focused to push a large scale project forwards.
- Be able to run a team and get the best out of their Surveyors
- Be extremely client facing
