Job Description
To oversee the commercial aspect of each project, the successful candidate would take on each project on handover from pre- contracts to the project delivery team, working closely with each project manager to ensure budgets are maintained and changes in scope of works are captured. You would report directly to the Managing Director and the Projects Director.
The candidate should have The following:

- Knowledgeable about building techniques
- Good numeracy skills
- Budgeting skills
- Excellent IT and maths skills
- Organisational and planning skills
- Negotiation and leadership skills
Someone who is great with numbers, has a bit of understanding of the construction industry and wants to take on the challenge of being in charge of the commercials on most of the projects.
Project sizes would range from £50k through to £2M
You should be client facing and have excellent communication skills.
They do not require you to have a RICS Qualification.
