Receptionist/ Administrator- Holborn/ Kings Cross area- 27k- Permanent Position

My client is currently recruiting for an Receptionist/Administrator for a position based in the Kings Cross/Holborn area. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a great company who really look after their staff. This is a full time position- Monday- Friday- 8.30am- 5pm

Main Duties

  • Welcome and greet visitors to the building in a professional and courteous way, ensuring the visitors book and the person’s identity is checked as far as reasonably practical
  • Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly
  • In addition to reception duties, provide additional administration support
  • Manage Post and distribute it out to staff
  • Order Stationary and book employees Holiday and Sickness
  • Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT literacy – competent with the use of systems
  • Previous telephone experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of general administration
  • Good communication skills
  • Neat and well presented
  • Excellent written and verbal English
