You will be joining a well-established UK based building maintenance service provider who are hiring for several positions due to recently gaining new clients. They mostly deliver M&E maintenance contracts to commercial sites, offices, and some corporate spaces.
Job
A Mobile Supervisor is required to cover the Staffordshire & West Midlands region; reporting to the Area Manager & driving the delivery of mechanical, electrical & HVAC maintenance to multiple sites. This is a great opportunity for a junior Supervisor or a Lead Engineer who is ready for the next step in their career.
Accountabilities:
- Managing engineers and sending them to contracts within your remit.
- Acting as point of escalation for any client issues or queries.
- Assist line manager in achieving contractual targets, site visits, and repairs.
- Attend monthly meetings with the management team.
- Complete site audits.
- Oversee logbooks and CAFM system.
Experience and Requirements:
- Relevant engineering qualification and experience (electrical/mechanical/hvac).
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Previous experience operation on a regional basis over multiple sites.
- A full UK driving license.
