HVAC Operations Manager | Facilities & Building Maintenance | £60,000 + Vehicle & Package
Based in the south of Hertfordshire and covering sites across London & the Southeast.

This is an opportunity to join an established building services provider that has built strong relationships with its clients over the last 4 decades.
They operate across London and the home counties. The company’s continued growth makes them a great prospect for an experienced and ambitious manager.
Accountabilities:
- Direct line management of a small team of HVAC Engineers, delivering planned and reactive maintenance to a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites.
- Supervision of sub-contractors, delivering permits-to-work.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the delivery of all PPM programmes and reactive KPIs.
- Prepare quotations for new works and manage the delivery of all small works arising therefrom.
- Prepare monthly reports on works executed, costs and any remedial works arising from PPM activity.
- Work closely with the senior team to identify opportunities and develop existing long-standing client relationships.
- Develop new revenue streams with new clients, focusing on Measured Term Contracts.
- Prepare tenders for review by the Directors and lead the bid team for key contracts.
- Conduct H&S and quality audits on sites under your management and report to the HSQE team.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant HVAC qualifications; City & Guilds/Apprenticeship/NVQ
- 3 years of relevant management experience in a similar role.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
