Regional Maintenance Supervisor | London & Southeast | £50,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Job
Regional Maintenance Supervisor covering 13 sites across London and Southeast England; overseeing a team of 10+ mobile engineers.
Scheduling maintenance programmes for grade 1 & 2 listed buildings, and providing technical advice across electrical, mechanical, and fabric disciplines.
You will be expected to work on-site, or in the office, and occasionally from home.

You will be joining a medium-sized building services and maintenance company, that boasts some of the country’s most prestigious sites and clients.
They have a portfolio of commercial offices as well as listed buildings around London and the Southeast, that they deliver electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to.
As Regional Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a major part in maintaining the company’s long standing client relationships.
Experience and Requirements
As Building Maintenance Supervisor, you will require the following:
- Clean UK Driving License
- City and Guilds qualified – Electrical bias preferred.
- Ideally Level 3 Electrical Installations
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience with Grade 1 or 2 listed buildings
- IOSH – desirable
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Supervisory experience.
