We are seeking a Regional Building Maintenance Supervisor with a background in Building Fabric (carpentry & trades), on behalf of a service provider that delivers to grade 1 and 2 listed buildings throughout London.
This is a unique opportunity to deliver maintenance and small projects to some amazing Heritage sites, all within the M25.

You would be joining a medium-sized service provider with an outstanding reputation and a portfolio of clients with whom they have relationships spanning decades.
They have built their reputation by delivering their services to an extremely high standard and specialising in delivering to some of the most prestigious buildings in the country.
Accountabilities:
- You will Supervise a team of 4 Mobile Fabric Engineers, delivering to a portfolio of sites within the M25.
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance to the building fabric, as well as small projects up to the value of £100,000, with the help of your Contract Manager.
- Ensure all works are compliant with regulations for grade 1 or 2 listed buildings, depending on the site.
- Provide technical support and assistance for works including but not limited to, carpentry, painting & decorating, roofing, flooring, brickwork, and general fittings.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant technical qualifications: City and Guilds – Carpentry Level 2 or 3 preferred.
- Previous Supervisory experience; minimum 2 years.
- Experience working with Grade 1 and 2 listed buildings.
- 5+ years within a building maintenance/small works role.
- Experience with small works and projects up to a value of £100,000.
