Job Title: Regional M&E Health and Safety Manager
Salary: £55-60,000 (including additional company benefits)
Location: Central London (Zones 1-3)

Due to several new project wins, I’m delighted to be recruiting a M&E Health & safety on behalf of one of the most profitable & fastest growing building services contractors in London. My client are a tier one contractor who are known specialists in the commercial, critical services industries only winning work in the most prestigious parts of London (Zones 1 to 3). This position also offers progression due to the rapid growing nature of the firm.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- The Individual should ideally have an electrical bias over mechanical. However, both M&E knowledge is a MUST.
- Understand the Policies and Processes and statutory requirements as they affect the operations and ensure that the requirements are implemented.
- Managing and executing site inspections.
- Advising on and setting Operational team safety objectives.
- Supporting and undertaking investigations into accidents and incidents
- Assessing external environments for safe working
- Identifying any gaps in the H&S management system; recommending improvements
- Developing and implementing new initiatives or sharing best practice with colleagues
- Advising on and communicating new working practices in line with any new legislative requirements or best practice
- Actively encouraging Safety Observations and Hazard Reporting
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
