GH Engage is actively recruiting a NEW HOMES SALES EXECUTIVE in NORWICH to join the sales team of our client who’s a passionate and dedicated property developer.
This is a Permanent fulltime role, 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Sunday with a rolling 5-day shift pattern to include weekends, with opportunity of one weekend off per month for the right candidate.
The role can include but is not limited to:
- Lead generation and processing of leads
- Providing professional and exceptional customer service
- Inputting of all enquiries and sales into the CRM system
- Actively liaise and inform purchasers at each stage of the sales process
- Ensure sales complex, show homes, and stock plots are maintained at a high level of presentations
- Ensuring all marketing material provided are presented and in stock
- Actively progressing reservations to completion
- Booking and performing home demonstrations with customers
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 1 year’s new homes or estate agency experience
- Have residential experience and experience of large developments/plot quantities
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be Ambitious
- Have Exceptional customer service skills
- Hold a full UK Driving License
Salary: £20-£30k basic + commission (salary is negotiable based on experience)
