Security Systems Engineer

SECURITY SYSTEMS ENGINEER – LONDON & M25 – UP TO £42,000 + VAN & FUEL CARD

GH Engage are currently recruiting for an established specialist security company situated in London. We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Service Engineers to work in a variety of commercial and residential environments across London and the M25.

The successful candidate will come from a strong technical background and have experience carrying out servicing with security systems such as CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £42,000, Van & Fuel card.

PACKAGE

• Salary: up to £42,000
• Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.45 – 16.40, Friday 8.45 – 4pm)
• Holiday: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays – Option to increase by 5 days

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service of a range of Access Control, CCTV systems (including IP/Networked) and Intruder Alarms
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance to the above systems
• Ensure compliance checks are carried out in accordance with current British Standards
• To report on a daily basis to supervisor/manager on the status of all works within the department and advise in good time, problems of time-scale or resources
• Any other duties as reasonably requested

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of IP based networks and security systems.
• Preferably have experience with at least one or more of the following manufacturers: ISM, GDX, Paxton, Inner Range, Northern, Act, Entrotec, Hanwha, Hikvision, Pelco, Cathexis, Prime,SML, PAC, KMS, Record, Geze, Galaxy or Texecom (training will be provided).
• Have good communications skills
• Full UK driving licence
• A Security Systems accreditation (Highly desirable)
