Job Title: Senior Building Services Manager
Salary: £80,000 – 100,000 (including additional company benefits)

A dynamic established Contractor is now seeking a Senior Building Services Manager for one of their recently acquired projects in the Central London region. The business provides an unbeaten customer experience and satisfaction across multiple different sectors such as the commercial office, high-end residential, pharmaceutical and leisure schemes across the UK. Responsibilities
- Aid Contract Surveyors in monitoring and progressing for valuing internal and external valuations
- Run M&E Commissioning meetings & produce details from the meeting to disclose with M&E contractors / consultants & clients.
- Review Commissioning method statements
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as Building Control, Fire Brigade, and other statutory authorities
- Set up procedures for snagging and commissioning installations prior to practical completion
- Produce Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Develop Checklist and Risk Registers as appropriate and monitoring thereafter including Commissioning Plan.
- Assist in updating internal Q&A Procedures to improve performance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Aid in final project handover client familiarisation on M&E systems
- Play a vital part in Design / pre-construction to review & input commissioning practice’s
- Assist the Construction Team in monitoring and reviewing Building Services Installation on Contracts
- Assist in reviewing subcontractor submissions prior to appointment with the client
