Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)
Location: Central/ South London
Company Description
My client is arguably one of Europe’s largest/ most established specialist MEP contractors. The business offers mechanical/ electrical design & installation services across the critical services, commercial S&C, healthcare & hotel sectors. Due to strong recent growth, the business is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage a landmark mixed-use development, based in Central/ South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to further progress their career, while working for an extremely reputable MEP contractor.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Oversee the full project lifecycle (Pre-construction through to final completion).
- Full commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Full client liaison.
- Ensure H&S/ quality protocol is followed.
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
