I’m recruiting on behalf of one of the fastest growing and most exciting M&E Building Services Contractors in London, specialising in the design and build of complex residential, higher education, hotel & leisure, and mixed-use developments. Since COVID, the business has experienced exceptional growth – expanding by over 20% year-on-year – and now boasts one of the strongest residential project pipelines in the capital.

I’ve been exclusively retained to identify a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a major residential and commercial development in Zone 2, West London. This is a flagship, multi-phase scheme offering the chance to take a project from pre-construction through to final handover. The role provides a clear path toward senior leadership within a business that values progression, autonomy, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities / Skills & Experience
- Lead the full lifecycle of electrical delivery on a major residential and commercial development in Zone 2, West London.
- Take ownership of design coordination, procurement strategy, installation, testing & commissioning, and final client handover.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and technical compliance throughout.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, direct site teams, and collaborate closely with in-house mechanical, commercial, and design departments.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors, acting as a key point of contact for all electrical matters.
- Champion health & safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring all works meet current electrical standards and building control requirements.
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive, high-performing site culture.
- Represent the business with professionalism, integrity, and technical authority at all project stages – from pre-construction to completion.
Remuneration Package
- Basic salary up to £95,000 (DOE)
