Senior Helpdesk Administrator- Surrey- up to 30k- Permanent Position
My client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for a Senior Helpdesk Administrator based in the Surrey area- You will be joining a team who pride themselves in impeccable Customer Service and a company who believe in Inhouse Training and development. The ideal candidate will have worked for a Maintenance Provider previously for a minimum of two years and have managed or been a Senior member of a Facilities Helpdesk.
Main Duties
- Facilities Helpdesk Administration
- Raising Purchase Orders
- PPMS
- losing down jobs when completed by Engineers
- Dealing with Engineers and assigning them to jobs and coordinating Maintenance
- Providing support with helpdesk and answering a high volume of reactive and PPM tickets
- Tracking progress of jobs on CAFM System
- Assign multiply engineer’s PPM’S on a monthly basis and update
- Co-ordinate subcontractor attendance in line with E-log books PPM Planner
- Updating all jobs on the CAFM System
- Collating Weekly Service Reports
- Assisting with closing PPMs if required
- Assisting with any other admin tasks if needed
