Job Title: Senior M&E Building Services Manager
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

A globally recognised built environment contractor, are currently seeking a Senior M&E Building Services Manager. Over the last 20 years, the business has successfully designed, developed and constructed some of the most iconic skyscrapers/ landmarks while challenging the status quo. My client has grown to a group turnover more than £300 million, while providing efficient and innovative solutions to the infrastructure, commercial, residential, healthcare, education & critical services sectors.
Due to ongoing growth & expansion across the UK, they now have an upcoming vacancy for a Senior M&E Building Services Manager. This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager/ Building Services Manager/ Technical Services, to take a lead role delivering a major mixed-use development commencing in the coming months.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Oversee initial MEP design & pre-construction.
- Review and input commissioning practices.
- Assess MEP trade packages in line with design requirements & client specification.
- Review subcontractor submissions, prior to selection.
- Assist the construction teams when monitoring and reviewing mechanical & electrical building services installations.
- Monitor MEP progress and processes against programme.
- Attend weekly design and progress meetings with relevant team members.
- Assist & manage final project handover, while also familiarising clients with MEP systems.
