Job Title: Senior M&E Planner
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 basic salary (including a company remuneration benefits package)

A well-established market leading MEP building services contractor, are currently recruiting a Senior MEP Planner. Generally operating throughout London & SE, the business provide complete design, installation and commissioning of all mechanical & electrical systems. Since the mid 1970’s, they have continuously delivered to a high quality of service across a wide variety of sectors including commercial offices, critical services, education, healthcare, hotel/ leisure & residential.
As a result of business expansion, the company now have an opening for a Senior MEP Planner. This role presents a fantastic career opportunity for a MEP Planner with upwards of eight years industry experience, keen to further progress their career with an industry leading MEP building services contractor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilising software and programmes including P6, ASTA and Microsoft Office where required.
- Lead MEP planning services, while playing an import part of a larger project team.
- Take a lead role from early conception stage through to final completion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading programme meetings, providing solutions to any issues/ changes raised.
- Compile and organise programmes, ensuring information is relayed to project teams.
- Leading programme meetings and identifying any project risks.
- Outlining key project milestones.
Remuneration Package
- A market leading basic salary of up to £100,000 (dependent on previous experience).
