Job Title: Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 basic salary (Including additional company benefits)

The business has developed a successful track record, delivering a complete project delivery across the commercial, residential, healthcare, critical services & hotel/ leisure industry.
My client offers a full M&E solution, delivering both single discipline/ multi discipline projects at equal strength. Due to consistent growth, the business requires a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a close knit & dynamic commercial team. Working from head office, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor/ Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to further progress their career.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Responsible for the cost control throughout project lifecycle
- Ensuring budgets/ financial milestones are achieved.
- Managing/ forecasting cash flow
- Involvement with contract sum negotiations
- Overseeing valuations & managing additional variation accounts.
